The approach:
Putting neuroscience at the service of top-level sport
Over 10 years of experience at the highest level to help each individual release and express his or her full potential over the long term.
The experience of high standards
Aurélie’s background as a dancer, Aurélie possesses and shares a culture of results, high-precision work and pressure management. She is quick to question the elements of performance. Why sometimes there’s a state of grace and why athletes sometimes sabotage themselves when they know what they have to do. She has experienced this quest to liberate one’s full potential by her own cerebral limits.
The creation of a unique method
Passionate about the question of potential, and after a short spell in sophrology, from which she graduated, Aurélie turned her attention to neuroscience. She then discovered a fantastic field of possibilities on which she based a unique method, which she continues to develop in line with new discoveries.
A culture of performance
As soon as she launched her business, Aurélie was contacted by top-level athletes, including a champion rower. But the Fédération Française du Sport Automobile opened its doors to her, initially to take charge of the French teams. Aurélie quickly became a reference in the world of motorsport, both in France and abroad, and in all disciplines (single-seater, rally, and rally raid). She also works with team sports such as rugby.
A career path combining
systematic theory
and practice
Aurélie’s original and highly pragmatic approach soon attracted her to one of the most demanding sports in terms of cognitive ability: motor racing.
She has worked in single-seaters, rallies, and rally-raids for over 10 years. Referent for the Fédération Française des Sports Automobiles at the Auto Sport Academy in Le Mans, she took charge of the French teams, which at the time included Anthoine Hubert and Pierre Gasly in single-seaters and Pierre-Louis Loubet in rallies.
Her name soon circulated, and she was contacted by international drivers who gave her the opportunity to discover all facets of motorsport (Dakar, Formula E, GT with WRT, various single-seaters, and WRC2).
In 2022, she participated in an innovative coaching protocol tested by Mercedes at its F1 Driver Academy, where she was responsible for developing the potential of young karting recruits.
After more than 10 years in motorsports, Aurélie wanted to develop her expertise in other sports and made a change at the end of 2022.
She now works in a variety of disciplines, including downhill mountain biking with Myriam Nicole, rowing for Paris 2024 with Olympic medallist Laura Tarantola, and consulting with Fabien Galthié for the French Rugby Team.
Fabien Galthié contacted her in the summer of 2020 to present his working method. She will accompany the French team from the Autumn Tour in 2020 through to the 6 Nations Tournament in 2021. Aurélie will also be demonstrating her expertise to Arsenal at the end of 2022. She will spend three days with the team to study its functioning and suggest ways of regulating the brain, as well as optimizing training sessions. Mikel Arteta calls her the “brain optimizer.”
